Free Airport Pick up & drop off was exceptional - Peter from the hotel communicated with us via WhatsApp every step of the way. We are an elderly couple and he was very patient and kind in his communications which were clear and concise. The pickup driver arrived in good time and was very friendly and drove well in peak hour traffic. When we arrived at the hotel every single staff member greeted us and went out of their way to make us welcome. During check in I realised that I had lost some very important documents and passwords and we became very anxious and upset. Peter came to our assistance and rang the airport to ask if the folder with the documents had been handed in (I am Australian and do not understand Vietnamese). Afterwards I spent hours on the phone to our banks etc. Throughout all this Peter stayed in touch with us, even though by now it was late at night. His kindness and consideration was so genuine, my wife and I were touched and very grateful to feel we had a friend supporting us. He really helped us to get through the ordeal, and by the way, the folder was later found in the pick up car by the driver. Peter even sent us this information in the early hours of the morning which I didn’t read until much later. A huge thank you to all the hard working team but especially to Peter. 🙏💕

This hotel was very reasonably priced and so we didn't worry too much if it was not the best, but it was really excellent and went above and beyond expectations. The owners and staff were very welcoming and could not be more friendly or be more helpful. What a joy they were. They left us with a lasting impression. The room had fabulous air conditioning and was clean and well presented with all the little extras you would expect from a top hotel. The bathroom was great and the towels white and fluffy. In fact every need catered for and we were only there for one night which is a pity but we would definitely stay again and recommend others to do the same.

The hotel is well located, close to the airport and has a perfect option for pick up from the the airport and drop off. All for free. Thanks for that. The staff is very helpful, everything is smooth and on time. If you need taxi from the hotel to the city center and return the staff help with an easy. But at the same time it is not difficult to go to the city center by bus. The rooms are clean, free water is available. Everything you need for short stay at Ho Chi Minh City, if you are a transit passenger, as we are - it's the best option. And it is located in a quiet place.

Room: Very clean. Bed is firm but I enjoyed it. 1-2 nights stay recommended. Location: Co Op Mart and ATM down the road. Delicious banh out and banh mi street food vendor nearby. Airport Shuttle: Always kept up communication and was very accommodating when our flight was delayed multiple times. Service: Staff were very polite and helpful. Some speak English and can give directions/recommendations. We were able to check-in late without any issues. Value: Pricing was exactly as stated on Booking.com. No surprise charges.

From the confirmation of booking the communication with the hotel, conveniently via what’s app, was superb. The staff were all super friendly and efficient. I really valued the free airport pick up and drop off as my flights were at unsociable hours and as a lone female traveller it saved me the stress and anxiety of dealing with taxi drivers. The room was super clean and great value for money. I did not have time for breakfast. All I wanted was a few hours sleep and a hot shower, which was exactly what I had.
